Okay I registered a guild name for me and a few friends but i cannot get the cape to appear or indeed get the "Accept" icon to be clickable i.e. My character has no cape and it's not letting me create one

Where am I going wrong?

You need 2 platinum (1 platinum is equal to 1000 gold).
